My “Go-To” Recipes

I compiled a few of our recipes we use all the time – quick, low-prep dishes that we’ve gathered from friends or new cookbooks. I put it together to share with my sister-in-law, and thought you might want it too {It’s not fancy!}. Do please share some back if you’ve got ‘em!

YES! Looooove that corn recipe! Thanks!
Here’s my favorite and it’s super easy!
Taco Bake
1 lb. ground beef
1/2-3/4 pkg taco seasoning
1 14.5 oz tomato sauce
1 c. salsa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 flour tortillas cut into 1″ pieces
Cook beef in skillet, add taco seasoning. Add sauce, salsa, milk, water, tortilla pieces, and half the cheese. Spoon into 2 qt. baking dish. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Sprinkle remaining cheese and serve.
Yummy! Enjoy!
Yum Camille! Thanks! I’ll try it this week!
