Patio Wish List
I live in an itty-bitty condo, and this is my patio:

I don’t have anything on my patio currently except for ongoing projects. I’d love to have some furniture out there now that the warm weather is upon us, but I don’t want to spend the money on it right now. Well, it doesn’t hurt to do a little looking. The baby gets a little cranky in the early evening, and we walk to the neighbor’s patio and swing on their hammock. He LOVES it. Some kind of swing is a must. I love those padded patio swings, even though they are *fug*, and would be willing to get one because they are so comfy.
Here’s a cute one I found on Target.com, I’d have to sit in it to see if it’s even close to as comfortable:
And some other things that I think my be cute and functional in the patio:
Outdoor rug {Bravada Outdoor}
Patio furniture {Cost PlusWorld Market}
Outdoor Umbrella {Cost Plus World Market}
And because barbecues aren’t permitted…
George Foreman Indoor/Outdoor grill {Walmart}

Love the rug! Definitely a great way to bring in some color and patterns. Can’t wait to see what you do with this space :)
I used to have the george forman grill before we could have a BBQ and the only trouble is it is a pain in the butt to clean. You have to remove the entire top (unless its been updated), but it certainly does the job! I love the swing!
I love your ideas! Outdoor spaces are so much fun to work with, but surprisingly expensive too!
I wish we lived where there was warm weather all year round so we could have an outdoor rug too!
I’m liking that George Foreman outdoor grill! Since it’s an outdoor grill, does this mean the man will want to do the cooking, and therefore, the cleaning!?! I am in love with outdoor spaces, so much so I’ve started a blog about it. Check out palmandpatio.blogspot.com. There are pretty pictures. Promise. xo
Ah yes that part of CA living I don’t miss. Beautiful everywhere but hardly any outdoor space of my own. Yours looks to be at least twice the size of our apartment’s. We were on the bottom so ours was covered by the upstair’s neighbors so we we were always in shade and nothing would grow for me. At least the grounds were nice, open, and well maintained. I dreamed of adding all sorts of beautiful outdoor stuff when I had the room. Now I have a large deck but a big plastic playhouse and sandtable take up most of the space….still dreaming of that oasis.
