Baby on The Way
I couldn’t stomach writing any posts here until I had some news… I have been QUITE distracted with a loooong week of failed expectations and emotions. HELLO! My poor husband has seen enough tears to store for emergency preparedness and has said all the right things and hopefully found an outlet of his own seeing as I was no comfort to him. Oopsie!
But a light peers at the end of the tunnel. Just as I suspected, my cervix wanted me to make it to my 44 week post and a little scientific intervention is needed. I’ll be induced tomorrow and then I can finally show my face around this blog again… stay tuned…

44 weeks?! I didn’t even know there were doctors that would let you go that far past your due date – that’s fantastic! I hated being on my doctor’s schedule who claimed I couldn’t go more than a week over due before they c-sectioned me! I’m so sorry that it’s been hard and you’ve had to deal with the failed expectations – I know how rough that is but believe me when I tell you that tomorrow it will all be worth it!

Just recently found your blog… I am pregnant with my second, so I have enjoyed your pregnancy posts! Just thought I’d share- with my son (who will be 2 tomorrow) my due date was March 30th and he wasn’t born until April 9th (I had to be induced too). I COMPLETELY understand the crazy emotional roller coaster of being overdue… but so soon you will be holding your sweet baby and it won’t matter one bit. Hang in there! :)

OMG, 44 weeks? Isn’t that like a month overdue? You’re a trooper. My thoughts are with you and the little one. Hope it all goes well! I’m sure you are sooo ready to be done!
