I am also new to your blog and have been laughing out loud at your posts for every 4 weeks. I am currently almost 26 weeks along and can pretty much agree with everything your writing. Luckily though, I have never gotten sick and sleeping at night is still pretty peaceful, so I'm waiting for the "just wait" period. I look forward to hearing and SEEING your little one - good luck!

Oh Brooke you look so great! I finally just got caught up on your blog and loved reading all the updates--and totally cracked up several times on what you're learning. Just wait until the fingernail pains. That's the only way I can describe them...I won't elaborate here. :) Can't believe you are in your 3rd trimester. Count down! Love you, and talk to you soon

@Jennifer - Oh, I'm hoping this is just a pregnancy thing too! I'm using a topical prescription of Rosula, which works really well. Plus Witch Hazel, Purpose brand oil free moisturizer + spf, and a little clearasil here and there is working. I have a steamer I like to use every other week or so - and somehow the combination of all of this makes my skin manageable. I've been getting a facial every 5 weeks or so too, to start with a clean slate. Seems to be helping.

Hi Brooke,

Love your blog and congrats on your pregnancy! I can relate to the skin issues...I got acne BIG TIME when I was pregnant with my now-16-month-old. Just terrible, luckily it was the only pregnancy issue I had though! :) I'm thinking of having another in the future and was wondering what products you've found that work? (I know everyone's different but definitely curious!) Anyway, LOVELY site and congratulations again! :)

So adorable that your mom kept your onesie. And evidently, she and I have the same taste in names: I have a 2-year-old son named Ryan and a 1-year-old daughter named Brooke.

Best wishes to you. I'm convinced that those 9-months are needed to make you actually look forward to child labor. And that's saying A LOT!
